Resourceful, patient, and communicates well. I thought I was a tough customer, but he stayed calm and the work looks excellent. Does NOT work with carpet. Very accurate with verbal quote.

All I wanted was for my fireplace to work. I’ve owned the home for 5 years plus and have never seen it work. We’ve had just plain laziness from competitors who offer very high bids to fix what Rick found to be a simple issue. He cleaned the unit supplied a remote that he will install when it comes in and unit is operating today!!! Honest, quick, reliable and reasonable. Will be calling him for other projects!!!!

Rick was very professional. We called because we smelled gas when we turned our gas fireplace on. Rick was able fit us in within days when other companies couldn’t schedule us for several weeks. He cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace, finding and repairing the leak, which was due to a mistake during installation 20 years ago! Other companies that have come out to clean and service the unit over the years never bothered to inspect it thoroughly enough to find the problem. Thank you Rick!

Rick from Reiser came out and helped diagnose and fix an ongoing problem with a chimney damper that was leaking water. Many others looked at it and he FIXED it! Would recommend them.

We hired Rick to remodel a full size attic after he responded to our request in Nextdoor. He did an excellent job of finishing the attic. We got into some unexpected issues including a problem with borough permits. Rick handled everything very professionally, upfront with all costs and very pleasant to work with. Rick and his guys are great. He came to give me an estimate on fixing a kitchen cabinet that needed a little love, then came a few days later. He also helped install a new window in a bedroom. His prices are reasonable, too. Also want to second what someone else said about him being kind. When he came to give me the estimate, he said he abides by treating others the way you want to be treated. That really resonated with me. P.S. Desiree in the office is great too! :)

Rick and his guys did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, and clean. I will be 100% using them again for future projects. Today was chimney work but they do everything. I have already referred them to family and friends. They have honest pricing with full transparency on what the job details.

They did a counter top vanity replacement for me and they were outstanding. Very responsive and respectful with a great price. Highly recommend them.

Hired Rick to fix windows that were letting water in and the drywall that had been damaged under them. He and his guys were great. Took out all the damaged areas and made certain there were no more leaks before closing the wall back up. Even had his guys do an additional small project while waiting for spackle to dry. Great experience, would definitely hire again!

😀Rick was great. He came over and fixed our garage wall that was leaking and found the correct paint and blended in all the repairs. Couldn't tell it was redone! Unfortunately, it rained that night and some caulk came out loose. But Rick came back the very next morning and addressed and resolved the issue! Great Job, Rick!

We have been using Reiser General Contracting for the past 3+ years. Rick has done everything from repairing our living room and bedrooms from water damage, remodeling our kitchen, helping us update our bathroom, and replacing our roof plus other small repairs around our home! Rick has a great staff working with him, everyone is so nice and polite. Rick and his company is the only people I trust to do work on my home. His reasonable prices are another bonus as well! We got Ricks name from a plumber we had used several times. We wanted to fix our fireplace that hadn’t been used in over a decade. It was rusty and old and we needed it redone. I called Rick. He called me right back. We made an appt for him to come over, he was here at the correct time, you could tell he knew what he was doing and we went over some options to get this fireplace working again. In the meantime, my nephew was also having a problem with his fireplace. He made an appt with Rick, Rick brought the correct ladder and equipment to make sure he could figure out the problem, and he got their job, which was different then what our fireplace needed. Rick did a fantastic job for them, and last week, when Rick was supposed to do our fireplace, he realized that the fireplace surround came in cracked. He was very apologetic although it wasn’t his fault at all, and kept us up to date constantly about what was happening. Today, he came over and installed the fireplace and we are thrilled. His price was fair, his work ethic is great, we felt comfortable with him in our house, and he definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone and can’t wait for the opportunity to use him again.

Rick and his boys were great. Old fashioned quality workmanship and pricing. Rick was prompt in quoting and showed up on time for the job. AND directed us to Amazon for a part he had to charge more for. Experience (gas fireplace service and rehab stone outside fireplace) couldn't have been better. I called Reiser GC to have my gas fireplace cleaned and serviced. The company who installed cancelled 2 weeks in a row minutes before their arrival. That actually did me a favor; Rick Reiser returned my call within 5 minutes, asked many questions and informed me what was included with his service and what to expect. His price was more than reasonable, his assistance called me the following morning and had me booked for the following week, I received a text confirmation. Rick was on time, and had me up and running less than 1/2 hour. He was a pleasure to work with and will definitely use him again. 100% professional.

I had an excellent experience with Reiser General Contracting! Rick and his apprentice Zack came out promptly to inspect my gas/electric fireplace, and their professionalism and expertise were evident from start to finish.
